CRS’s environmental management system

In September 2007 CRS obtained the certification of its environmental management system in line with regulation UNI EN ISO 14001:2004.

The target achieved represents an important stage on the path of growth undertaken since 1999, the year that saw the start of the planning and development of the new manufacturing complex in Gallarate, at Via Gran Bretagna 20.

Since then CRS has had to combine competitiveness, profitability and growth with respect for the environment. These values have been translated into specific structural and plant engineering stratagems that now enhance our hard chrome plating, grinding and metal superfinishing work.

These basic elements of the environmental management system are described in the Manual that via the explanation of operational procedures and instructions shows how the environmental policy, an obligatory reference point for the company, was implemented.
The manual also describes CRS’s organisational structure, with the aim of individuating the various functions and their respective skills, levels of responsibility and areas of delegation.
